[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]During the Vietnam War 250 million bombs were dropped. 80 million failed to detonate. Time has moved on but destruction continues. Project Peacebomb pairs artisans who melt bomb metal and turn them into jewelry with a distribution network called Article 22.

When you buy a piece of jewelry from Article 22 you employee and support traditional Laotian artisans while funding village development and community endeavors. Your purchase has the added impact of cleaning bomb debris and clearing miles of Laos landscape of unexploded bombs so that men, women and children can travel, explore and play without fear of setting one off.

Each product lists how much land will be cleared with its purchase. Whether it’s 12 sq. miles cleared with the purchase of Dome Earrings for $130 or 2 sq. miles cleared by the purchase of a Friendship Bracelet for $30, every purchase continues to return the land to a place of peace.[/vc_column_text][vc_video link=”https://vimeo.com/28726207″ align=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
